Terms of Service

Please read these terms before you create an account or place an order. By using this website or ordering from us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This website is run by goyeturu, from Vidavalur, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, India. You can reach us at support@goyeturu.in. See also our Contact page.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account or place an order.
- Give us accurate information, especially your name, mobile number and delivery address, so we can reach you and deliver.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to cheat, abuse our staff, or misuse the site.
3. Products and prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are the prices shown when you place your order. The delivery charge, if any, for your PIN code is shown at checkout and is included in your total.
- Product pictures are for illustration. Packaging and pack sizes may vary slightly.
- Some products are shown as out of stock or coming soon. You cannot order these.
- If we find a pricing or description mistake, we may correct it. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and you can choose to continue or cancel with a full refund.
4. Orders
- When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it to you by phone, email or in your account.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we do not deliver to your PIN code, we cannot reach you, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- You can follow the progress of your orders under My account.
5. Payment
You can currently pay by UPI (we send you a payment request after confirming the order) or by cash on delivery. Online card payments are not available at the moment. If we add other payment methods, they will be shown at checkout.
6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery areas, charges and timing are explained on our Delivery page. Cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These form part of these terms.
7. Food and product information
Check the packaging for ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and the date of manufacture or best-before date, and follow the storage instructions. If you have an allergy or special dietary need, check with us before you order.
8. Using the website
Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or other people's accounts, and do not use it for anything unlawful. The goyeturu name, logo, photographs and text belong to us or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
9. Your data
How we collect, use and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Our responsibility
We take care to supply products as described and on time. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have as a consumer under Indian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, transport disruption or website outages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would like to solve any problem directly, so please contact us first. If we cannot, the courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum.
